Wednesday, 27th October 2021 – Wye Valley Falconry with coffee and cakes at The Hub, Walford Village Hall 10:30am.

Friday, 5th November 2021 – Fish ‘N’ Chip Friday with Bingo at The Hub, Walford Village Hall 12:00pm.

Wednesday, 17th November 2021 – Bishopswood Lunch Club at Bishopswood Village Hall 12:00pm.

Friday, 10th December 2021 – ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ Pantomime at The Courtyard Theatre, Hereford 2:00pm

Our first Bishopswood Village Hall Community Lunch since the first lock down was held on Sunday 19th September.

Numbers were restricted to around fifty, including helpers to help maintain social distancing. Attendees at this pre-booking only event enjoyed a fabulous roast beef and Yorkshire pudding dinner, followed by a selection of delicious homemade desserts. We have received many compliments for the meal and careful planning.

Our thanks to the volunteers who set-up, prepared and served the wonderful meal. It was a first time for many.

It is back!

The Big Sunday Breakfast returns to Bishopswood Village Hall, 09:30am to 10:45am on Sunday 3rd October and then every first Sunday of the month.

A hearty fried breakfast, with cereals, orange juice and toast. Vegetarian options available.

Still just £6 per person and £3 for under 14’s.

The Breakfast is followed by an informal service at 11:00am.

It would be great to see you there.

Harvest Festival at All Saints Bishopswood is an occasion not to be missed! At 3:00 pm on Sunday 10th October. Join us for refreshments after the service.

We will gather at 10:45 am on Sunday 14th November for our shot act of remembrance, at the War Memorial, followed by a short service in the church to mark Remembrance Sunday

As we prepare for Christmas we will be having our annual Christmas Carol Service at 3:00 pm on Sunday 12th December. Join us, our brass band as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ …and then enjoy a glass of mulled wine and mince pie (or two!).
