We have been informed that the design engineer has reviewed the stabilisation work on the wall and passed it. CAN Geotechnical Ltd, the civil engineering company who have been performing the work have completed the project two weeks ahead of schedule.
The site will be cleared and by Friday of this week and the road sweeper will give it the once over. The council intend to continue the closure to undertake resurfacing work on that section on Monday and Tuesday prior to reopening the route
