🙋Classical Pilates with a Twist

👟Equipment – Mat, 1 pair of stimulating prickle balls, weighted balls (or what light weights you have) and resistance band, hand towel to fold up
🖋Description – The ‘twist’ is using different equipment to strengthen and stretch. The class is for everyone and gives clients plenty of challenges too!🧡
