Did you know that whenever you buy anything online – from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you could be raising free donations for Bishopswood Village Hall with easyfundraising?

2. Every time you shop online, go to easyfundraising first to find the site you want and start shopping. Or install the easyfundraising reminder browser add-on.

3. After you’ve checked out, the retailer will make a donation to Bishopswood Village Hall at no extra cost to you whatsoever!

There are no catches or hidden charges and Bishopswood Village Hall will be really grateful for your donations. More than £700 has been raised so far!

August Café Bishopswood – Update

For the August Café, we are collecting “Bags for Life” to donate to the Ross Community Larder. If you have any spare, bring them along and we’ll pass them on.

Paper Delivery

Following the retirement of a local delivery service, daily newspapers are being now delivered to a few houses in Bishopswood & Leys Hill early in the morning through a national company. There is flexibility with how many days you receive a delivery. B4234 Road Closure – Latest

Roadworks

Road closures are currently scheduled to allow redressing work on the B4234 at Bishopswood. Closing the road from Leys Hill to the Gloucestershire county boarder on July 25th.

The road will be closed for a further day on 9th August for white lining to take place.

Please note that is is subject to change as the dressing operation can only be carried out in dry weather.
