Gin Experience Evening with Foxtail Gins

There’s still time to book a place!

Friday 6th October at 7:00pm: Local Foxtail Distillery, presents a Gin Experience Evening

at Bishopswood Village Hall.

Start the evening with a G&T and nibbles, then Ross and Leigh, based at Hom Green, will be presenting an introduction to Foxtail Distillery, the history of gin, botanicals; including popular styles of gin, the different production methods, and the perfect pairings of garnishes and tonics. Then, follow that up with a further G&T.

The presentation will include a question and answer session, and tasters. Plus there will be an opportunity to purchase from Foxtails range of gins – maybe you could make an early start to your Christmas shopping?

Local History – Can You Help?

Historical Bishopswood

We’re still looking for someone local to Walford /Bishopswood who is interested in local history and would like to help us arrange a small display at one of our November 11th Café Bishopswood open from 10:00 am to Midday.

The display might include things like photos, items or information of times gone by, whether it’s the history of the local people, industry, or geology of the area – basically anything of historical interest.

If you can help please get in touch with via: admin@bvhonline.co.uk
